Quail Ridge Farm is a small, quiet facility that offers the attention to detail often lacking in the larger horse boarding facilities.  With the facility having been built “from the ground up” since 1996, owners and horses are provided with safe, quality surroundings while preserving the personal attention that can be given in a smaller-scale facility.

Barn:

  • 12x12’ stalls with 12x24’ paddocks

  • all stalls have stalls mats and automatic waterers

  • central fly spray system

  • indoor hot and cold water washrack

  • grain room

  • boarder tackroom
     

Paddocks:

  • 35x45’ (minimum)

  • 12x12’ matted 3-sided shelters

  • automatic waterers

  • “cooling” sprinklers

  • hot-wired no-climb wire fencing with wood posts and top boards
     

Pastures:

  • irrigated

  • 3-4 horses per pasture

  • 12x16’ matted 3-sided shelters

  • hot-wired no-climb wire fencing with wood posts and top boards
     

Additionally:

  • superbly maintained 105x240’ outdoor arena with all-weather footing

  • turnout paddocks

  • hay and shavings barns

  • trailer parking

  • galloping/trail path
